Housing, Land and Property for Spatial Futures
The GENIUS Lab at the Department of Real Estate, College of Social Sciences, Kangwon National University, advances research on Housing, Land and Property (HLP) systems to shape sustainable and forward-looking spatial futures.
The lab integrates land governance, the built environment, spatial networks, geospatial information, post-conflict peacebuilding, and planning systems to address contemporary challenges in real estate and territorial management.
By bridging academic inquiry with real-world decision-making, the lab contributes to more responsible, innovative, and equitable pathways in real estate policy and spatial development.
