For prospective international applicants who wish to join our laboratory through the GKS scholarship program, please note that I only accept students who have previously co-authored and published an SCI(E)-indexed journal paper with me. In addition, applicants are strongly encouraged to contact me well in advance of the official application period. In your initial contact email, you should clearly explain the research topic you would like to pursue in our lab, the specific ideas or hypotheses you want to investigate, and how you plan to design and carry out the experiments. If you have already conducted relevant experiments, please include your results, figures, or analysis, and if possible, attach a draft manuscript, research proposal, or preliminary write-up so that I can evaluate your readiness and research direction more effectively.
