The major boundary wall and ground levelling for Phase 1 of the KNS Samooha building project are finished. Internal road building has already begun, according to the 2026 site report. Throughout the project, there will be 12-meter main roads and 9-meter intersections. Sturdy concrete is used in the construction of these roads to ensure their smoothness and resistance to rain damage.
According to KNS Samooha Construction Status, the project is still in active development as of March 2026, with 65% of Phase 1 infrastructure work finished. 48% of the 156-acre township in Nelamangala, which has been approved by the BMRDA, would be set aside for parks and green areas when it is finished in 2029.
The KNS Samooha development project demonstrates the completion of the utility lines and subterranean pipes. This covers the water supply system for the layout as well as internet fibre connections. A 500 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and a 1-acre clubhouse are also part of the project. Residents will have access to an indoor sports space and a swimming pool at the clubhouse.
