Megabyte Software ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use our mobile application Poker: Seven Card Stud (the "App") on iOS and Android devices.
To help us understand app performance, gameplay balance, and user engagement, we use Google Analytics for Firebase. This service collects non-personally identifiable diagnostic and interaction information, including:
App Interactions: Games started, hands completed, game modes selected, settings adjusted, and screens viewed.
Device & Technical Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, language, and general geographic location (country/city level).
Pseudonymous Identifiers: An app-specific App Instance ID (a random token generated locally per app installation, not tied to your real identity or cross-app browsing).
Note: Our analytics integration operates without AdSupport/IDFA collection and is used strictly for first-party app improvement, not cross-app tracking.
When advertising is active, we display advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as:
Device Identifiers: Advertising identifiers (such as Apple IDFA on iOS or Google Advertising ID on Android).
Ad Interaction Data: Ads served, views, clicks, and impressions.
IP Address: Used for coarse location targeting and fraud prevention.
Your Advertising Choices:
iOS: On iOS devices, personalized advertising requires your consent through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you choose "Ask App not to Track" or if ATT is not enabled, AdMob will only serve contextual, non-personalized ads.
Android: You can opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete Advertising ID (or Opt out of Ads Personalization).
EU/EEA & UK Consent: Where applicable, a consent banner (Google User Messaging Platform) is presented allowing you to consent to or manage advertising preferences.
If you purchase virtual items or subscriptions (such as "Remove Ads"):
Transactions are processed entirely and securely by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play).
We never collect, receive, or store your credit card, bank account, or billing details.
We only receive an anonymous purchase confirmation/receipt from Apple or Google to activate your purchase on your device.
The App offers optional online multiplayer features using Apple Game Center.
Matchmaking and friend invitations are handled directly by Apple Game Center in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.
We do not store your Game Center credentials or friends lists on external servers.
The App stores certain game data locally on your device using encrypted/secure local storage:
Game Progress: Virtual chip balance, hand statistics, and game settings (felt color, sound preferences, card size).
Photos (Optional): If you choose a custom photo from your device library to use as your table felt background, the photo is read and stored solely on your local device. It is never transmitted to our servers or third parties.
Local Network (Optional): Used strictly on your local Wi-Fi network to detect nearby peers for local multiplayer games.
We use the information collected solely to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
Facilitate multiplayer matchmaking and restore in-app purchases.
Analyze gameplay trends and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
Display relevant contextual or personalized ads (subject to your consent).
Prevent fraud and enforce our terms of service.
We do not sell your personal data or share your information with data brokers.

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at

We do not operate external user database servers holding your personal identifying information. Analytics data retained by Google is aggregated or stored for limited retention windows in accordance with Google Analytics and Firebase retention policies. We employ standard industry practices to safeguard any data transmitted.

Opt Out of Tracking / Personalized Ads: You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on iOS).
Reset or Clear Data: You can reset local game data or remove the App to delete all locally stored chips and preferences.
