- This button converts numbers between decimal and fraction formats.
2. How do I enter a fraction?
- Utilize the fraction buttons located to the left of [7] and [4] to input the numerator and denominator of the fraction.
3. How do I enter feet and inches?
- Combine the number pad, fraction buttons, and the "feet" and "inch" buttons. For instance, to enter 3 ft 4 5/8 in, tap [3] [feet] [4] [#/] [5] [/#] [8] [inch].
4. How do I copy-paste an entry?
- Easily copy entries from the calculator to other apps like email or messages. Tap [tape], select an entry, and then tap COPY.
5. How do I recall a number from memory?
- All entries are stored in the history tape. Tap [tape], choose an entry, and tap RECALL.
6. What does the [rem] button do?
- This button calculates the remainder. For example, 10 ft [rem] 3 ft equals 1 ft.
7. How can I use the app as a regular calculator without working with feet and inches?
- To obtain decimal results, go to the settings and set "Fraction results when denominator is or less than" to 1.
8. How do I calculate the hypotenuse?
- To calculate the hypotenuse of, for example, a 3 ft by 4 ft triangle, enter 3 [feet] [x²] [+] 4 [feet] [x²] [=] [√].
9. How do I calculate a cubic root?
- To find the cubic root of, for instance, 27 ft³, enter 27 [ft³] [xʸ] 3 [¹⁄ₓ] [=].
- On Android, remove ads by purchasing a subscription from the Settings page.
- On iOS, open the premium version from the Settings page to remove ads.
