This Privacy Policy explains how Rikai Works handles information in Knightscape: Logic Puzzle (the “App”), an Android game intended for users aged 13 and older.
1. INFORMATION HANDLED BY THE APP
The App does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information.
Game progress, settings, accessibility preferences, tutorial state, and local diagnostic events are stored only on your device. Rikai Works does not operate a server that receives this locally stored information.
2. ADVERTISING AND CONSENT
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show rewarded and interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent signals to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Where required, the Google User Messaging Platform asks for your consent before ads are requested. You can reopen the privacy choices from the App’s settings when that option is available. Google’s processing is governed by its own Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
3. USE AND SHARING OF INFORMATION
Local information is used to restore progress, remember preferences, support gameplay, and diagnose errors on the device. Rikai Works does not sell this information. Advertising-related information may be processed by Google and its partners as described above. Rikai Works does not receive information that directly identifies you from the App.
4. RETENTION, DELETION, AND SECURITY
Local game and diagnostic data remains on your device until you reset progress, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App. Because the App has no user accounts and Rikai Works does not receive this local data, there is no server-side account record to delete. Google may retain advertising information according to its own policies.
We use reasonable safeguards and rely on the security controls of Android, Google Play, and our service providers. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
5. CHILDREN
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us.
6. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning personal information processed by advertising providers. Use the privacy options in the App to review available consent choices, Android device controls to reset or limit the advertising identifier, or contact us with a privacy request.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy when the App, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect where required.
