Terms of service:

• All transactions will be done via paypal

-please send your paypal orders to nknerrvana@gmail.com

• I reserve the right to decline or require extra payment based on the request

• All payments must be made upfront and paid in full

• I will not be making any major changes or overhauls to any image that has made it past the sketch phase

-minor changes might be acceptable depending on the request

• You will have rights to use the image for personal purposes, however you cannot commercially profit from it without coming to an agreement with me.

• I retain the rights to the image itself, including publishing/selling the piece among my other works

• I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Specifics of orders cannot be changed after they have been submitted.

-An example of this is something such as adding additional characters after work has already been started

• If you share the work I've done for you please include credit and links to the sites that I'm on

• While email is preferred, commissions requested via private messaging on social media are also acceptable

Additional info:

• Please provide as many clear references as possible.  Written descriptions of characters, without a clear intent of a character design commission, will not be accepted.

• ff14 related content and characters will have an additional 25% charge added for complexity

• If you are planning on using an image for commercial use please tell me in advance

-All images with commercial uses will be subject to x1.5 or more of the total price

• Additional characters in a single commission will be 70% of the base price
  
  

• Clarification on the difference between low a low detail background vs a high detail background:
  Low detail:  An image with with simple or implied elements found in the background.
  High detail: An image with a large amount of elements that make up the background or involve a heavy amount of perspective.
