Teaching Observations

One way the Teaching Certificate Program facilitated learning how to teach was asking participants to observe other professionals present, lecture, or teach. I enjoyed this opportunity as I was able to choose who I observed, and was able to find a physician and faculty pharmacist. The two presentations I observed and assessed were excellent examples of presenting information in a relocatable and effective way. Below are descriptions of my experience observing Dr. Ryan Dare's Internal Medicine Grand Rounds presentation and Dr. Mark Granberry's Landmark Trial lecture.
