Kone Lone Shin built the KLS POS app as a business productivity app. This app is provided by Kone Lone Shin.
Information We Collect
KLS POS may collect or process the following information:
- Account login information, such as email address and password
- Google Sign-In authentication information, if you choose to sign in with Google
- Business and sales data entered into the app, such as customers, products, sales, purchases, expenses, stores, accounts, and receipts
- Customer information entered by users, such as customer name, phone number, and email address
- Device and app data needed for app functionality
- Bluetooth printer information, such as selected printer name and address
- Images selected by the user, when using image upload features
How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- Allow users to sign in and access their POS account
- Manage sales, products, customers, receipts, reports, and business records
- Sync app data with the KLS POS server
- Support offline use and later synchronization
- Connect to Bluetooth receipt printers
- Improve app reliability and user experience
Data Storage
Some data may be stored locally on your device for login, offline access, cached records, printer settings, language settings, and app configuration. Business data may also be stored on Kone Lone Shin servers.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when necessary to provide the app service, comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or operate required third-party services such as Google Sign-In.
Permissions
KLS POS may request Bluetooth and Location-related permissions. These permissions are used to scan for and connect to Bluetooth receipt printers. Location permission may be required by Android for Bluetooth scanning. The app does not use this permission to track your location.
Images and Files
If you choose an image from your device, the app uses it only for the feature you selected, such as product or receipt-related functionality.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's Privacy
KLS POS is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
Your Choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to account ownership and legal requirements.
Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of their account data by contacting us at kaungkhantzaw21.dev@gmail.com. Please include the account email and business/store name. We will review the request and delete eligible account data, subject to legal, accounting, security, and business record retention requirements.
