# Privacy Policy — KlikKlakk

KlikKlakk ("the app") is a stress-relief tapping game developed by Andrew Kim
("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
## Data stored only on your device
The following never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or
anyone else:
- **Gameplay statistics** (tap counts, scores, streaks, achievements,
settings) — stored in the app's local storage.
- **Photos you choose as a background** — copied into the app's private
folder on your device.
- **Sounds you record with the microphone** — saved in the app's private
folder on your device and played back only inside the app.
Deleting the app deletes all of this data. We have no access to it and no
accounts or registration are required to use the app.
## Advertising (data collected by a third party)
The app shows ads served by **Google AdMob**, a third-party advertising
service operated by Google. To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads
SDK may collect:
- Device advertising identifiers (such as the IDFA on iOS or the
Advertising ID on Android)
- Approximate location derived from your IP address
- Ad interaction data (such as impressions and taps on ads)
- Diagnostic and performance information

### Your choices
- **iOS:** the app asks for permission before tracking via the App Tracking
Transparency prompt. You can decline, or change this any time in
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can also enable
"Limit Ad Tracking".
- **Android:** you can delete or reset your Advertising ID and opt out of
ads personalization in Settings → Google → Ads.
Declining tracking does not remove ads, but they will be less personalized.
## Permissions the app requests
- **Microphone** — only when you choose "Record your own click" in
Settings, to capture a short sound used as your tap sound. Recordings
stay on your device.
- **Photo library** — only when you choose a custom background. The chosen
photo stays on your device.
The app never uses these permissions in the background or for any other
purpose.
## Children
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads
are served through Google AdMob in accordance with Google's policies.
## Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
