PRIVACY POLICY FOR KITTEN RESCUE

Rising Sun Interactive ("we," "our," or "us") provides the mobile game Kitten Rescue. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when the game is used.
1. INFORMATION STORED BY THE GAME
Kitten Rescue does not require an account and does not ask players to provide their name, address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, precise location, or payment information.
The game stores gameplay progress and preferences, such as unlocked levels, coins, selected items, and sound settings, locally on the player's device. This local information is used only to provide and restore game functionality. It can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game.
2. ADVERTISING AND AUTOMATIC DATA HANDLING
Kitten Rescue includes optional rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob. A player may choose to watch a rewarded ad to receive an in-game revive or bonus coins. Rewarded ads are not required to play the main game.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information such as the device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, app interactions (including app launches, taps, and video views), diagnostic and performance information, and device or account identifiers such as an app set identifier. An IP address may be used to estimate a device's general location. This information may be used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
Kitten Rescue is configured for child-directed treatment, under-age-of-consent treatment, and a maximum advertisement content rating of G. The app removes the Android Advertising ID permission and does not intentionally transmit the Android Advertising ID. Advertising availability may vary by region, consent status, device, and network conditions.

3. CONSENT AND PRIVACY OPTIONS
Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform may present consent or privacy choices. Players can revisit available advertising privacy choices from the game when the option is required for their region.
4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Kitten Rescue is designed for a family audience, including children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly to us. Advertising requests are configured for child-directed treatment and non-personalized, age-appropriate advertising. If you believe personal information has been provided to us in error, contact us so that we can review the request.
5. DATA SHARING
We do not sell personal information. Information handled automatically by Google AdMob may be collected and shared with Google and its service providers for the purposes described above. We do not add independent analytics, social login, chat, or third-party account systems to the game.
6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
Email risingsuninteractive@gmail.com with the subject "Kitten Rescue Data Deletion Request." State that the request concerns Kitten Rescue and whether it concerns support correspondence or advertising/privacy data. Do not include a child's name, advertising ID, or other sensitive information.
Local game progress: Coins, unlocked levels, selected items, and settings remain only on the device. They can be deleted immediately by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game. Rising Sun Interactive cannot access this local data.
Data controlled by Rising Sun Interactive: The game has no accounts, cloud saves, or player-profile server, so we normally hold no player data. If a person contacts us for support or deletion, we will delete the request email and related correspondence within 30 days after the request is resolved, unless retention is required by law.
Data processed by Google AdMob: Google controls the technical data described in Section 2. We will explain the applicable Google privacy controls and assist with a request where reasonably possible. Google may retain information according to its published policies and legal obligations.
We will review deletion requests and respond within the period required by applicable law.
7. SECURITY
We use reasonable technical measures appropriate to the game. Network traffic used by Google services is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when changes are published.
