KWA Ferries

KITSAP FERRIES

I don't ride the ferries that often, but I sure love getting great shots of them on the waterfront or from the passenger deck. Most of my footage is filmed during the summer months.

KWA Trains

THE SEATTLE SUBDIVISION

I picked up railfanning recently; I think trains are pretty neat! I don't have much footage yet, but I'm up to about 45 train images now and a number of videos.

KWA PLANES

Another thing I picked up recently was planespotting, after I got a better camera lense. It's a pretty entry-level lens and I don't have a tripod, but I can see airliners from both my balcony and when I travel to the SeaTac area.

KITSAP MONSTER TRUCKS

Straight Up Racing puts on the excellent Malicious Monster Truck Insanity Tour every year, which makes a stop at the Kitsap fairgrounds! The show makes great use of the arena and it's even cooler than SUR is independently based in nearby Port Orchard.

MONSTER JAM

I've attended Monster Jam at the Tacoma Dome for the past couple of years. A little pricey, but there's no show like it. It's always a great show at the Dome.

KITSAP DESTRUCTION DERBY

The Kitsap Destruction Derby Association has been around for over fifty years, and always puts on a great show at the Kitsap fairgrounds. I try to make it to as many events as I can.

KITSAP EMERGENCY

I've taken pictures of emergency vehicles every chance I can get for a few years now of agencies across the county and beyond. The site's motto is "Because shiny trucks and flashing lights are cool"

KWA AIRSHOW

The Bremerton Air Show began in 2024, hopefully the start of a great tradition! Sometimes called Wings over Washington, the event brings a number of modern and historical aircraft to the Bremerton National Airport.

This is a pretty new website, and one I won't be updating very often. I don't find myself taking many bus pictures, but I've found I have enough pictures to warrant a gallery. This is a purely record-keeping site.
