Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how AI Kitchen Designer Studio (the "App", "We", "Us", or "Our") collects, uses, transmits, and protects your data, in strict compliance with App Store Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i).
By downloading and using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.
1. Data We Collect and How We Collect It
We intentionally collect as little personal data as possible. The primary data we collect is directly provided by you through your interactions with the App:
- Text Prompts: The textual descriptions, styles, and ideas you type into the App to generate kitchen designs.
- Crash Reports and Analytics: Anonymous data regarding app performance and crashes (collected automatically via Apple/Google analytics) to help us improve the App.
2. How We Use Your Data
The data we collect is strictly used to provide and improve the core functionality of the App.
- Text prompts are used solely to generate the requested kitchen design visuals.
- We do NOT use your data for advertising, nor do we sell or rent your data to third-party brokers.
3. Third-Party AI Services and Data Sharing (App Store Guidelines 5.1.1 & 5.1.2)
To provide the AI-powered kitchen design generation, the App must share specific data with third-party AI service providers.
A. What Data is Sent
Only the specific "Text Prompts" you type into the design generator are transmitted. No personal identifiers, accounts, email addresses, or device IDs are attached to this prompt data.
B. Who the Data is Sent To
Your text prompts are securely transmitted to the following specific third-party AI providers:
- OpenAI: Used for natural language processing and enhancing your design prompts to achieve better visual results.
- Replicate / Black Forest Labs: Used as the primary image generation engine to render the 3D kitchen visuals based on the enhanced prompt.
C. Third-Party Protection Guarantee
We confirm that the third-party providers (OpenAI and Replicate/Black Forest Labs) we share your data with provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy and required by applicable privacy laws. They do not use your personal prompts to train their public models without authorization, and the data is processed securely via enterprise APIs.
4. User Consent Before Data Transmission
In strict accordance with App Store guidelines, the App will explicitly ask for your permission through a clear in-app consent dialog before any of your text prompts are transmitted to OpenAI or Replicate. You must actively tap "I Agree" to allow this data transfer. If you decline, the text prompt will not be sent, and the generation will not proceed.
5. Device Permissions (Photos)
The App may request access to your device's Photo Library.
- Why we need it: This permission is requested exclusively to allow you to save the final AI-generated kitchen design to your camera roll.
- How it is used: We use the "Add Only" capability whenever possible. We do not read, scan, upload, or modify any of your existing photos.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Since we do not require you to create an account, we do not store your text prompts or generated images on our own remote servers. Text prompts are sent transiently to the API providers and are not permanently logged by Us. Your generated images are stored locally on your device. You can delete them at any time by deleting the images from your device or uninstalling the App.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
