End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acknowledgment
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and the developer of AI Kitchen Designer Studio ("Developer", "We", "Our", or "Us"). By downloading, installing, or using the AI Kitchen Designer Studio application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the App.
We and You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between Us and You only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We, not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for the App and the content thereof.
2. Scope of License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial, and commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
You may not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App;
- Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the App;
- Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of the App;
- Use the App for creating or distributing any illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
3. Artificial Intelligence and Generated Content
The App utilizes artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate kitchen designs and layouts ("Generated Content") based on your text prompts.
- You retain the rights to the text prompts you provide.
- You are permitted to use the Generated Content for personal and commercial interior design purposes.
- Due to the nature of AI, We do not guarantee that the Generated Content will be 100% accurate, flawless, or unique. Other users may generate similar designs.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App may offer premium features, credits, or content through in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Maintenance and Support
We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. You acknowledge that Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or by Us. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Us, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your device.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the App, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will We be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the App, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
