Kissan Tracker ("the App") is built by Vytrix Tech. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your name and email address to create and identify your account.
App data: Crop records, expense entries, income records, and dairy entries that you create in the app are stored on your device and optionally synced to Firebase (Google's cloud service) for backup.
Weather data: The app may use your approximate location to show local weather and farming tips. Location is not stored or shared.

To identify your account and keep your data private from other users
To show relevant weather information for your region
Your data is stored locally on your device using secure local storage, and optionally backed up to Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud). Firebase's privacy policy applies to cloud-stored data: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is only used to provide the app's features to you.
The app uses the following third-party services:
Firebase Authentication (Google) — for sign-in
Firebase Firestore (Google) — for cloud backup
Google Sign-In — for authentication
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account), or by contacting us at vytrixtech@gmail.com.
This app is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
