I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Visual Computing Lab (VCLAB) at KAIST, supervised by Prof. Min H. Kim. My research lies at the intersection of computer graphics, computational imaging, and Physical AI, with a focus on reconstructing hidden and internal structures that are inaccessible to conventional sensing systems. By combining differentiable photon transport modeling with advanced 3D scene representations, I develop physics-aware computational methods for non-line-of-sight (NLOS) imaging and X-ray computed tomography (CT). My long-term vision is to build next-generation Physical AI systems that can perceive, reconstruct, and understand the hidden physical world by unifying computer graphics, computer vision, scientific imaging, optics, and acoustics within a common framework for physics-based 3D imaging.
