Welcome to the Braeburn Community. We are a small homeowners association for a group of 47 homes, only 20 minutes east of Seattle in northern Kirkland. The community, established in 2001, is in a prime location with quick access to transportation and freeways, the Evergreen Medical Center nearby, downtown Seattle and Bellevue in easy reach, 15 minutes from Microsoft and Nintendo, and near all the beautiful indoor and outdoor attractions in the greater Puget Sound area.

Mission Statement: To act as stewards in the maintenance, enhancement, and preservation of the property values, aesthetics, livability, and lifestyle of what is collectively Braeburn.

The Braeburn Homeowners Association (HOA) is a nonprofit corporation, incorporated under the Washington Nonprofit Corporation Act (Ch. 24.03) and eligible of for IRS Code 501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt Status. The Braeburn HOA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, who act on behalf of the HOA for the benefit of the Property and Owners.
