Kira: Period & Pregnancy Tracker (“Kira”, “the App”, “we”, “us”) is a menstrual cycle and wellness tracking application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1) Information we collect
A. Information you provide
Health & wellness data you enter in the App, such as period dates, cycle details, pregnancy-related details (if you use those features), symptoms, notes, and other tracking inputs.
Account information (because Kira has login): email address and basic profile details you provide (e.g., name/username if applicable).
Support communications if you email us (your email address and the contents of your message).
B. Information collected automatically
App usage and diagnostics (for example, which features are used, crashes, performance, and technical logs).
Device and app information (for example, device model, operating system version, app version, language).
Advertising data (AdMob) may include device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier), IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and measurement data to show and measure ads, including potentially personalized ads depending on your settings/region.
C. Subscription/purchase information (Premium)
If you purchase Premium, payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details; we may receive purchase/subscription status to enable Premium features.
2) How we use information
We use information to:
Provide the App’s features (tracking, predictions, reminders, saving your entries).
Operate, maintain, and improve the App, including debugging, analytics, and performance monitoring.
Communicate with you (for example, responding to support requests).
Provide and measure ads (AdMob), where ads are enabled.
Protect the App and users (security, fraud/abuse prevention, compliance).
3) Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
Service providers who process data on our behalf to run and improve the App (for example, cloud hosting and backend services used by Kira, including Lovable cloud).
Google/Firebase for analytics and diagnostics (to help us understand usage and fix crashes/performance issues).
Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to serve and measure ads.
Legal/safety recipients if required by law or to protect users, our rights, or the public.
Important: We do not share the health and wellness information you enter in Kira (such as period/pregnancy logs, symptoms, and notes) with advertisers for advertising purposes.
4) Advertising & your choices
If the App shows ads via AdMob, ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your settings and eligibility. You can manage ad personalization in your Google/Android ad settings where available.
5) Data retention
We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We may retain and use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and product improvement.
6) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7) Your rights and in-app controls (access, deletion)
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing

You can also use Kira’s in‑app controls:
Delete data (to remove your stored tracking entries, as supported by the feature).
Delete account (to delete your account and associated data from our active systems).
8) Children’s privacy
Kira is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9) International processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live (for example, where our service providers operate). Data protection laws may differ by country.
10) Third-party services
The App uses third-party services (including Google Firebase and Google AdMob). Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date and, if changes are significant, we may provide additional notice in the App.
