KIPS is a collaborative event album platform that allows users to create events and share photos and videos in a centralized and organized way.
By using KIPS, you agree to the terms described below.
We collect only the data necessary to provide and operate the service.
When creating an account, we may collect:
Name
Email address
Authentication identifiers provided by:
Sign in with Apple
Google Sign-In
Internal user ID
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as location, financial data, health data, or contacts.
KIPS allows users to upload:
Photos
Basic metadata required to organize content (event ID, upload timestamp)
Users are fully responsible for the content they upload.
We may collect limited technical information necessary for:
Account authentication
Service security
Abuse prevention
KIPS does not use third-party analytics tools.
KIPS does not perform advertising tracking.
KIPS does not sell user data.
Uploaded media is securely stored using Cloudflare R2 cloud infrastructure.
Access to photos and videos is provided through temporary pre-signed URLs that automatically expire.
The developer does not manually access user-uploaded media.
We implement industry-standard security practices to protect stored data. However, no system is completely immune to security risks.
KIPS allows user-generated content. To maintain a safe environment:
Users must NOT upload:
Nudity or sexually explicit content
Pornographic material
Graphic violence
Hate speech
Harassment or bullying content
Illegal material
Copyrighted material without permission
Content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
We reserve the right to:
Remove content that violates these rules
Suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in violations
Cooperate with legal authorities when required

We do not sell or rent personal data.
Data may be shared only with:
Essential infrastructure providers (e.g., secure cloud storage)
Legal authorities when required by law
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service.
When you delete:
A photo → it is permanently removed from storage.
Your account → associated personal data is permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe, except when retention is required by law.
Users can request account deletion at any time.
Account deletion can be done:
Directly within the app

Upon deletion:
Your personal data will be removed
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access your stored data
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent for data processing

KIPS:
Does not use advertising SDKs
Does not track users across apps
Does not collect data for marketing profiling
KIPS is a platform that enables users to upload and share content.
We are not responsible for:
Content uploaded by users
Loss of access due to user negligence
Content removed due to violation of policies
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload the content they share.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload.
By uploading content, users grant KIPS a limited license to store and display the content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
KIPS is not directed to children under the age of 13.
If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy & Terms of Use periodically.
The updated version will always be available on our official website.
