Up to five levels of family relations. For example, "father → mother → father → sister → daughter" — a five-step chain — can be resolved correctly. This covers nearly all everyday kinship needs.
Chinese kinship has formal written terms (e.g. 祖母 zǔmǔ "grandmother") and colloquial spoken terms (e.g. 奶奶 nǎinai "grandma"). The app shows both side by side. You can choose which to display first in Settings.
Yes. Switch to the "Reverse Lookup" tab on the Kinship page and enter the kinship term you want to resolve. The app shows where that person fits in your family tree and how you should address them.
No. As long as the new phone signs in with the same App Store account, tap "Restore Purchase" in Settings and your Pro status will be restored automatically.
The free version stores everything locally. The Pro version can enable "Cloud Backup", which syncs to your own iCloud Drive (no third-party server is involved).
Yes. Pro users can export a PDF genealogy chart in traditional vertical layout, which can be printed, framed, or shared with family members.
Yes. Apple's Family Sharing supports up to 6 family members sharing a single Pro unlock.
Pro version supports 7 built-in regional terminologies: Taiwan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Hokkien (Min-nan), Hakka, Singapore, and Malaysia. You can switch between them in Settings. The free version uses Taiwan terminology only. If your region is not yet supported, please use the in-app feedback option to let us know.
