This Personal Information Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Policy") applies to all information that may be obtained about the user during their use of Find Me mobile application (hereinafter "Mobile Application"). Use of Mobile application means unconditional consent of the user to this Policy and the terms of processing of his/her personal information by the administration of Mobile application (hereinafter referred to as Administration) specified therein. If a user does not agree to these terms, he/she shall refrain from using Mobile application.

1. Personal information of users received and processed by Mobile

application

1.1 For the purposes of this Policy, "personal information of the user"

shall mean:

1.1.1 Data that is automatically transmitted during their use by the software installed on the user's device, including IP-address, cookie information, access time and geolocation. This data shall only be used for the purpose of improving the Mobile application and shall not be transferred to third parties.

1.1.2 Personal information that the user provides about himself: gender, city of residence, date of birth, name, email address, photos, cell phone number, other information provided by the user at his discretion. We collect user installed applications in order to protect suspicious users from spam.

1.2 This Policy only applies to the Mobile application. The Administration has no control over and is not responsible for any third party websites that the user may access via the links available in the Mobile App. Such sites may collect or request other personal information from the user, and may perform other actions.

1.3 The mobile application offers the user audio and video communication functions as well as the transmission of audio and video materials to other users. The mobile application does not keep hidden recordings of video calls and voice calls.

1.4 The administration prohibits the downloading, sending, transmitting or any other way of publication of materials, documents and photos containing information that is illegal, threatening, offensive to morality and human dignity, defamatory, violating intellectual property laws, promoting hatred and discrimination against people on racial, ethnic, gender, social grounds. All uploaded materials are automatically checked for undesirable content and blocked at the stage of uploading to the Mobile App. Undesirable materials and users contributing to their dissemination will be removed from the Service within 24 hours.

1.5 The mobile application does not generally check the validity of the personal information provided by users, nor does it monitor their competence. However, the Mobile application assumes that the user provides accurate and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date.

2.Storage and protection of personal data. Registration, authorization, deletion.

2.1 In order to use the services of the Mobile application, the user must go through the registration procedure in the Mobile application by filling out the Registration form. By pressing the "confirm" button when creating an account, the user automatically agrees to the Policy.

2.2 The user is responsible for the security of his login and password, as well as for everything that will be done in the Mobile application under the user's login and password. The Administration shall not be responsible for possible loss or damage of data, which may occur due to the transfer of login and password by the user to third parties. The Administration guarantees the observance of confidentiality with regard to the information provided by the User when filling in the registration form.

2.3 By submitting your personal data to the Mobile application, the user expresses consent to the processing (collection, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer, blocking, destruction) of their personal data.

2.4 Administration implements reasonable and necessary security measures to protect and prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control, including your personal information. The site uses reasonable security measures to protect the privacy of your personal information.

2.5 Deletion of the User's profile may be initiated by the User at any time. Hiding of the User's profile and personal data takes place immediately after the deletion without the possibility of recovery. The User's credentials and other data are processed during the entire period from the moment the User's profile is registered until the User's complete deletion, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

2.5.1 If an account is deleted from Mobile application at the Administration's discretion, the account shall be blocked without the possibility of creating a new one.

2.5.2 If an account is deleted from Mobile application at the User's request, the User retains the ability to recreate a new account with the same registration data.

2.6 Other information collected when you use our app: location, device model, gyroscope model, camera model, device id, screen ratio, battery status, screen refresh rate, android id, gmail address, advertising id, screen resolution, source of application installation, device manufacturer, device name, kernel version, android version, platform, touchscreen model, ABI version, cpu model, gpu model, number of cpu cores, installed applications. Please note that the above items are used for aggregate statistics, prevent fraud, block spam and advertising targeting, and are never stored or shared in conjunction with personally-identifying information.
