Research from all disciplines of Kinesiology are welcome.
Submit an abstract by April 30th, 2025. Abstracts will be accepted on a rolling basis. Presentations will be continuously updated on the 'Speakers' page.
The revision deadline is May 16th, 2025. For revisions, send an email to strang01@mail.ubc.ca.
Submitting author must complete the abstract submission form and register for the event.
The abstract should be no longer than 250 words.
Choose a presentation type (oral, poster, or either. Note that we cannot guarantee the presentation format based solely on selection). Oral and poster presentations will be selected by May 1st, 2025.
Oral Presentation
Oral presentations will be allocated 10 minutes with an additional 5 minutes for questions. Presenters will be divided into a section based on their research theme. The audience will be voting for their choice of 'best presentation' in each section. Winners will be announced at the end of the end of the event.
Poster Presentations
Presenters will be able to arrive prior to the event to put up their posters. Posters must be 36 x 48" or smaller. Judges will be assigned based on the research theme. Winners will be announced at the end of the event.
