If you want a stylish, jewelry-like accessory that doubles as high-fidelity audio for long video calls and all-day wear, choose Kinglucky Jewelry-Inspired Clip-On Earbuds; if you need advanced smart controls with an LCD screen and rugged bone-conduction durability for intense sports sessions, choose Piluyaa Clip-on Earbuds.
• Kinglucky: Offers a unique detachable crystal design and 40 hours of battery life, but lacks a digital display or bone-conduction technology. Best for style-conscious users prioritizing comfort during long meetings.
• Piluyaa: Features a full-color LCD touchscreen and IPX waterproofing with bone-conduction drivers, though it has a shorter total battery life of 24 hours. Best for athletes needing real-time data and sweat resistance.
The Kinglucky earbuds are built around a very specific idea: audio gear should look like fashion accessories. From the moment you unbox them, the design screams "jewelry" rather than "tech gadget." They come with detachable crystal earrings, allowing you to swap out the aesthetic depending on whether you are heading to a business meeting or a casual dinner. This isn't just about looking good; it is about feeling confident while you speak. The open-ear design sits lightly on the concha of your ear without ever entering the canal. At just 4.0 grams per side, they are incredibly light, making them ideal for people with small ears who often struggle to find earbuds that don't feel heavy or intrusive.
For professionals working from home or in hybrid environments, these are a standout choice for video calls. The manufacturer tuned the dynamic drivers specifically for vocal clarity rather than overpowering bass. In a world where podcast listeners often complain about muffled speech, the Kinglucky design prioritizes clean vocals and soft depth. This makes them one of the best wireless headphones for video calls when you need to be heard clearly without sounding robotic or distant. The Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity ensures a stable link to your laptop or phone, so you aren't dealing with dropped audio mid-sentence.

However, this product is not for everyone. If you are a runner who needs to hear every footstep or car horn with absolute precision, the open-ear design might let too much ambient noise in. Additionally, while the IP56 rating handles sweat and light rain well, it is not fully submersible. The decorative crystals are a beautiful feature, but you must remember to remove them before placing the earbuds back in the charging case, adding a small step to your routine. These are perfect for the office worker, the student attending online lectures, or anyone who wants their tech to complement their outfit. But if you need a rugged tool for extreme sports or a device that tells you exactly what song is playing via a screen, you will likely find the Kinglucky too delicate for your daily grind.
The Piluyaa M100 earbuds take a completely different approach, leaning heavily into functionality and smart features. The most striking difference is the inclusion of a full-color LCD touchscreen on the earbud itself. This allows you to adjust EQ modes, change wallpapers, select languages, and manage brightness directly from the device. For someone who likes to tweak their audio settings on the fly without pulling out their phone, this is a game-changer. The C-shaped bridge and slim hook provide a secure fit that stays put even during vigorous movement. Combined with the bone-conduction driver type, these earbuds offer a unique listening experience that keeps your ears open to the environment while delivering sound through vibration.
These are arguably the best rechargeable open ear earbuds for video calls if you prioritize stability and environmental awareness. The 8th-generation directional sound technology helps minimize sound leakage, meaning people around you won't hear your music, and the HD noise cancellation aids in call clarity. The IPX waterproof rating suggests a higher level of protection against sweat and moisture compared to standard consumer electronics, making them excellent for gym sessions or outdoor runs in unpredictable weather. The remote selfie control and LED light add layers of utility that turn the earbuds into a multi-purpose tool for active lifestyles.
That said, the trade-offs are significant for certain users. The total battery life is 24 hours, which is less than half of the Kinglucky option. If you travel frequently or go days between charges, you will need to plug these in more often. Furthermore, the bone-conduction technology, while great for situational awareness, can sometimes feel less immersive for music lovers who crave deep bass. The touch interface, while innovative, requires a learning curve and might be fiddly if you are wearing thick gloves or have wet hands after a workout. These are best suited for fitness enthusiasts, runners, and tech-savvy users who value customization and security over pure battery longevity.
