Welcome to the official website of His Arcelian Majesty's Government (Government of Arcelia). The Kingdom of Arcelia is a micronation based in the U.S. state of Oregon, where most of its territory is located. Arcelia was founded in 2024 and became a kingdom in 2025. Arcelia is a semi-absolute monarchy consisting of three counties and two territories, with the capital located at Jewellington. Arcelia is a member of the Northwest Cooperation Pact.

According to Microwiki, the largest online encyclopedia about micronations, a Micronation is, broadly speaking, any self-proclaimed sovereign state without recognition by a established sovereign state that is treated differently to a state with limited recognition. Micronations can be founded for a variety of reasons, including discontent with one's country, personal entertainment, theoretical experimentation, protest, artistic expression, satire, and tourism.
