# Privacy Policy for Desert Kings: 4x4 Racing
**Effective date: September 30, 2026**
**Last updated: October 1, 2026**
NextApps ("NextApps," "we," "us," or "our") provides the mobile game **Desert Kings: 4x4 Racing** (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected or processed when you use the Game, why it is used, how it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
## 1. Information We Process
### Information stored locally on your device
The Game stores gameplay and preference data on your device so that it can save your progress and settings. This may include:
- game progress, unlocked levels, race times, virtual coins, fuel, and vehicle selections;
- vehicle customization and access status;
- audio, graphics, minimap, weather, time-of-day, and control preferences;
- tilt-steering calibration and sensitivity settings;
- tutorial completion, rewarded-ad unlocks, and ad-frequency counters; and
- whether premium access is active.
This save data is stored locally in the Game's application storage. We do not receive this local save file through a NextApps account or server. It generally remains until you clear the Game's data or uninstall the Game, subject to any device or platform backup features you have enabled.
### Device motion data
If you choose tilt steering, the Game uses your device's accelerometer to control the vehicle. Motion readings are processed on the device for gameplay and calibration. The Game does not use this feature to determine your geographic location, and NextApps does not receive the motion readings on its servers.
### Advertising and consent information
The Game uses Google AdMob to provide interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process information such as:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- advertising identifiers or other device/app identifiers, where permitted;
- device type, operating system, language, app version, and technical information;
- ad impressions, clicks, reward completion, and other interactions with ads;
- diagnostic, performance, fraud-prevention, and security information; and
- your advertising consent and privacy choices.
Depending on your region, settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Non-personalized and limited ads may still use certain information for ad delivery, frequency capping, aggregated reporting, security, and fraud prevention.
You can review or update available advertising choices from **Settings > Privacy Options** in the Game. You can also limit ad personalization or reset/delete your advertising identifier through your device settings, where supported.
For more information, see [How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services](https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites) and the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).
### Purchases and subscriptions
The Game offers an optional annual premium subscription. Purchases, subscription billing, payment details, refunds, and transaction records are handled by the platform through which you obtained the Game, such as Google Play or Apple's App Store. NextApps does not receive your full payment-card details.
The Game checks the platform store for product information and your subscription entitlement so it can activate premium features, remove interstitial ads, and restore purchases. The platform may provide the Game with purchase status and transaction or entitlement information needed to complete and maintain your purchase.
Please review the privacy policy for your platform:
- [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy)
- [Apple Privacy Policy](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/)
### Unity In-App Purchasing and purchase telemetry
The iOS Game uses Unity In-App Purchasing (Unity IAP) to obtain store product information, manage purchase and subscription entitlements, and restore purchases. Unity IAP also sends purchase lifecycle events to Unity for purchase analytics and operation of the purchasing service. These events may include purchase attempts, completed, failed and fulfilled purchases, product and transaction identifiers, timestamps, store and app information, and installation, device and session identifiers.
This processing is separate from Apple billing. NextApps does not receive your full payment-card details. Unity may process information on its infrastructure and retain it according to its applicable privacy terms, contractual arrangements and legal obligations. See Unity's Privacy Policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy and Unity IAP privacy information: https://docs.unity.com/en-us/iap/privacy-and-consent/overview.
Advertising privacy choices do not automatically disable purchase-service processing. You can contact contact@nextapps.tech with a privacy request; we may direct you to Apple or Unity where their systems control the relevant information.
## 2. How Information Is Used
Information is processed as needed to:
- operate the Game and save your progress and preferences;
- provide tilt steering and other gameplay features;
- serve, measure, and limit the frequency of advertisements;
- provide rewards after you complete an optional rewarded ad;
- request and remember advertising privacy choices where required;
- process, verify, and restore purchases and subscriptions, and analyze purchase lifecycle events through Unity IAP;
- maintain security, prevent fraud, diagnose failures, and improve performance; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
## 3. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell information that you provide directly to NextApps. Information may be processed or shared in the following circumstances:
- **Advertising providers:** Google AdMob and participating advertising partners process information to deliver, measure, secure, and, where permitted, personalize ads.
- **Platform and payment providers:** Apple, Google, and their service providers process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and entitlement checks.
- **Purchase service provider:** Unity processes Unity IAP purchase lifecycle and transaction information together with installation, device and session identifiers for purchasing functionality and purchase analytics, separately from platform billing.
- **Legal and safety reasons:** Information may be disclosed if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce rights, prevent fraud, or address security issues.
- **Business changes:** Information under our control may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
Third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Their practices, retention periods, and international transfers are controlled by those providers.
## 4. Data Retention and Security
Locally saved gameplay information remains in the Game's application storage until it is overwritten, you clear the Game's data, or you uninstall the Game, subject to device or platform backups.
Advertising and purchase providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information under our control, but no system or method of transmission is completely secure.
## 5. Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13, or to a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to NextApps. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
Parents and guardians should review the Game's store rating, device controls, advertising choices, and purchase restrictions before allowing a child to play.
## 6. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction or objection to certain processing of your personal information, and you may have the right to withdraw consent or appeal a decision about a privacy request.
You may:
- use **Settings > Privacy Options** in the Game to review available advertising choices;
- use your device settings to manage advertising identifiers and permissions;
- use your Apple or Google account settings to manage or cancel subscriptions;
- clear the Game's local data or uninstall it to remove locally stored gameplay information; and
- contact us at **contact@nextapps.tech** with a privacy request.
Because advertising and purchase information is generally controlled by Google, Apple, Unity, or their partners, we may direct you to the relevant provider to complete a request. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
## 7. International Processing
Our third-party providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, those providers use legal mechanisms intended to protect information transferred internationally. Please review their privacy policies for details.
## 8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, our providers, or legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where required.
