King VPN ("we," "us," or "our") operates the King VPN mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using King VPN, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Account Information: If you sign in via Google Sign-In, we receive your Google account email address and display name solely for account management and purchase verification.

Support Communications: If you contact us via email, we collect the information you provide in your correspondence.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and language settings.

Usage Data: App usage patterns, connection timestamps, selected server locations, and session durations. We use this data in aggregate to improve our service.

Crash & Performance Data: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic data to improve app stability.

Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App in aggregate form.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

Browsing Activity: We do not log, track, store, or monitor your browsing history, DNS queries, or the content of your internet traffic while connected to King VPN.

IP Logging: We do not log your original IP address or the IP addresses of the VPN servers you connect to.

Connection Logs: We do not maintain any logs that could associate your identity with your VPN activity.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to provide and maintain the VPN service, process in-app purchases, improve app performance, send service notifications, display advertisements to free-tier users, and comply with legal obligations.

3. VPN Service & No-Log Policy

King VPN uses the WireGuard protocol to establish secure, encrypted VPN connections. We operate under a strict no-log policy: we do not monitor, record, or store your online activities, browsing history, data content, IP addresses, or DNS queries.

4. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates with: Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging), Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Google Play Billing, and Google Sign-In. Each is governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Advertising

King VPN displays advertisements to free-tier users via Google AdMob. We also offer rewarded ads for temporary premium access.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing and managed via RevenueCat. We do not have access to your payment card details.

7. Data Security

All VPN traffic is encrypted using WireGuard protocol (ChaCha20, Poly1305, Curve25519, BLAKE2s). Sensitive device data is protected using encrypted secure storage.

8. Children's Privacy

King VPN is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Retention

Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.

Analytics & Crash Data: Retained for up to 90 days.

VPN Connection Data: Not collected or stored.

10. Your Rights

You may have the right to access, correct, delete, object to processing, or request portability of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

King VPN provides a VPN service that encrypts your connection using WireGuard, routes traffic through secure servers worldwide, and protects your privacy. We offer free and premium tiers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use King VPN.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use King VPN for illegal activities, transmitting malware, infringing intellectual property, sending spam, harassing others, or attempting unauthorized access to systems.

Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier: VPN with ads and rewarded ad options.

Premium: Ad-free, all servers. Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before billing period ends.

Cancel any time via Google Play Store settings. Refunds subject to Google Play policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality of King VPN is our property and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

King VPN is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
