King of the Hive is a seasonal competitive Hive league. In 2025, we're transferring from Boardgamearena.com (BGA) to Hivegame.com (HG).

Each season, games are played in groups of 5 (BGA) or 4 (HG) players. Each group is a round robin tournament with turn-based, simultaneous games. Each player gets 15 (BGA) or 20 (HG) days to think. After each season group winners are promoted to higher groups. Please read the full rules if you want to participate.

There will be 5 Seasons in 2025: Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct. In Nov-Dec, if HG has playoffs-style tournaments by that time, there will be the KotH End of Year Cup.
