Wasmy Learn Apps ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Wasmy Kindergarten Games
mobile application (the "App").

1. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
Wasmy Kindergarten Games does not collect, store, transmit, or share any
personal information from users. The App does not require account registration,
login, or any form of user identification.
2. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The App saves game progress (scores and stars) locally on your device using
your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not
accessible to us.
3. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This App is designed for children ages 3 to 7. We are fully compliant with
the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13. No personal data is
collected by this App.
4. ADVERTISING
This App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect
device information for the purpose of displaying child-appropriate ads.
We have enabled child-directed settings in AdMob to comply with COPPA and

The App uses the following third-party services:
