- Expiry of quotation: 2 weeks from the date of issue

- Others:

(1) The condition of the deal is "As it is". KINAN has no responsibility of machine conditions after shipment, and no cancellation will be allowed.

(2) No guarantees shall be granted nor warranties implied.

(3) The machines are designed according to Japanese standards. KINAN has no responsibility of complying with buyer's country's standards or requirements.

(4) Consumption tax will be charged if the machines are not exported from Japan with KINAN as a shipper.
