Welcome to visit our products. Kime is developed and operated by BROLLY SOLUTIONS LTD (hereinafter referred to as "we"). Ensuring the data security and privacy protection of users is our top priority. This privacy policy specifies the data collected when you access and use our products and services and how it is processed. Please be sure to carefully read and confirm that you fully understand all the rules and points of this privacy policy before continuing to use our products. Once you choose to use it, you will be deemed to agree to all the contents of this privacy policy and agree to our collection and use according to it. Relevant information. 1.1Registration and Account Data
When you create an account and register for or use our Service, you will provide us with information such as, your name, nickname, email address, password, date of birth, gender, mobile phone number, Hola service ID. When you login with a third-party account, we receive information about you from third parties including from other companies such as Facebook, Apple, and Google. For example, we will get access to information such as your Social Network Service (SNS) account information, email address, date of birth, gender, profile information of your SNS account and your friend list (depending on your choices). When you start using the Service, we will collect user-generated contents, including comments, short messages, photographs, voice, and videos (including captured picture thereof), that you choose to share, transmit, broadcast and/or upload on our platform.
1.2 Location Data
When you use our services we may collect information about your location. With your consent, we may also collect information about your precise location using methods that include GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, Wi-Fi access points, and other sensors.
1.3 Device Information
We collect device-specific information, such as the hardware model, operating system version, advertising identifier, unique application identifiers, unique device identifiers, browser type, language, wireless network, none direct display of content moderation, and mobile network information (including the mobile phone number). • - User content e.g. photos, screenshots, comments, and other materials that you create on the service may also be collected. Your photos and videos may be captured by other users on the service, and those content can be stored and used by us or third party services (e.g. Facebook) for content moderation and community safety monitoring purposes. You can change third party sharing options in our product settings or writing to us directly.
1.4 Log Data
We receive information when you view content on or otherwise interact with our services, which we refer to as “Log Data”. For example, when you visit our websites, sign into our services, interact with our email notifications, use your account to authenticate to a third-party service, we may receive information about you. This Log Data includes information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, configuration information made available by the Kime app or desktop browser, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device information (including device and application IDs), search terms (including those not submitted as queries), and cookie information. We also receive Log Data when you click on, view, or interact with links or make connections on our Services and general information about your communications on Kime such as the user you have communicated with and the date and duration of your communications ( but not the content of such communications, unless required for safety and security reasons) including when and if you install another application through our Services. We use Log Data to operate our Services and ensure their secure, reliable, and robust performance. The purpose for using Log Data is to protect the security of accounts and to determine what is popular on our services and importantly Log Data is used to enable you to make connection with new and former connections on Kime. We also use this data to improve our Services and to improve the effectiveness of our own marketing. We also use metadata, which means information related to items to you have made available through Kime, such as the date or location that you made a connection via the Kime App. We do not keep Log Data beyond 30 days.
1.5 When you visit our Site
We may use online tracking technology such as cookies, pixel tags, web beacons and other similar technologies to automatically collect information about: your visits to our Site, such as your browsing history, how long you stay on our Site, and how often you visit; and your location information as provided by your mobile or other device when you interact with our Site, including your IP address and general geographic location; and the device that you use to browse our Site (e.g. your device ID, operating system, type of device, browser type and version, mobile application crashes and other system activity, and third party sites you were using before interacting with our services). You have the right to disable any of these online tracking technologies. These help us ensure you are able to log into your account securely, develop our Services by using data analytics and develop new services for our users. We adopt the data minimization principle when collecting and using your data and ensure that your data will only be used in accordance with the stated purposes below. We will only process your data in connection with the Service and for other related business purposes, including:
2.1 To provide you with the Service, including:
• to connect you with other users within the App;
• to enable you to share your Profile with other users on the App;
• to provide you with video call functions of the App;
• to allow you to send messages through the App;
• to show you the names of persons you communicate with and to show your name to persons you communicate with on the App;
• to provide you with certain features of the App that may be offered from time to time.

• to connect with third parties for payment processing
• to run analytics to provide you with better and relevant connections, provide you with additional offers and for the purpose of providing you with updates to our Services.
2.2 To help us administer and maintain your account and User Profile on the App, including:
• to create and update your account;
• to deliver to you any administrative notices, alerts and communications relevant to your use of the App.
• to facilitate networking opportunities through the Service and provide you with location or interests information relating to other users of the App.
• we use the information we have to develop, test and improve our Services, including by conducting surveys, compiling research, statistics and analytics as well as habits and behaviours of users such as transactional history, online interactions, and testing and troubleshooting new products and features.
• to handle and process any payments for transactions carried out through the Service via third party providers.
• we use the information we have to communicate with you about our Services, and let you know about our policies and terms.
• we also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.
• to share with Third-Party Partners in order to meet our contractual obligations.
2.3 Promote safety, integrity and security:
For audit, compliance, controls, security and other risk management purposes we use the information we have to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent other bad experiences, illegal behaviour, maintain the integrity of our Services, and promote safety and security. For example, we use a combination of automated detection technology and manual review of the data we have to investigate suspicious activity or violations of our Terms of Use and policies such as this Privacy Policy and enable you to report and contact us if you have any issues to raise.
2.4 For business management purposes, including data and record management:
• to establish, exercise and/or defend our legal rights.
• to comply with our legal, regulatory and reporting requirements to regulatory bodies.
• to ensure the safety of users through content moderation.
• to enable us to provide the Services and our contractual commitments to you.

Protecting user privacy and personal information is a top priority for us. We process your personal information to improve and enforce our security measures, combat spam, malware, malicious activities, or security risks, and to monitor and verify your identity so that unauthorized users do not access your account with us. Access to any user information is restricted to our employees, contractors, agents, and third-party service providers ONLY whom needs to know the information in order to provide, operate, develop, maintain, support, and optimize the our service experience and security. We use password protection, access logs, and system monitoring to safeguard the confidentiality and security of all user information. Due to the inherent nature of the internet and related technology, we do not guarantee the protection of information under our control against loss, misuse, or alteration.
We transfer or disclose your personal information to third parties as described below:
Affiliates, subsidiaries and personnel: We share your information with our personnel, including contractors and agents, and other companies in our group, to the extent this is necessary to provide our Service and to fulfil the purposes set out in Section 2 above. Service providers: We also transfer or disclose your information to carefully selected companies that provide services on our behalf; for example, companies that help us develop and operate systems for our Service, providers of IT services, security, hosting, analytics, mailing, billing or marketing services. Business advisors: We may share, for example, your information with our lawyers, accountants, business consultants, insurers, and auditors, to the extent it is necessary for them to provide us with their services. Government authorities, judicial authorities, regulators or other third parties where required: We will disclose personal information to government authorities, judicial authorities, regulators or other third parties where we have a legal requirement to do so or where we believe this is necessary: to comply with the law or respond to compulsory legal processes (such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order); to verify or enforce compliance with the terms and policies governing our Service and to investigate fraud or other unlawful activity relating to the use of our Service or affecting our business, to the extent such disclosure is permitted by applicable data protection laws; and to protect and defend our rights, property, and the security or safety of our business operations and those of any of our respective affiliates, staff, business partners, our customers or members of the public. Corporate transactions: We may disclose your information to a third party (and their business advisors) in connection with any reorganization, restructuring, merger, acquisition or sale (including in the context of negotiations), dissolution, other transfer of assets, or in the event of a bankruptcy. Other parties with your consent or on your request. In addition to the disclosures described in this Privacy Policy, we may share information about you with third parties when you separately consent to or request such sharing. Any information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Service ("User Contents") may become available to the public. Once you have shared User Contents or made it public, that User Contents may be re-shared by others. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such public information.
We want you to be in control of your information, so we provide you with the following tools.
5.1 Access and Updates
We strive to let you access and control the personal information that we have about you. There are limits though to the requests we’ll accommodate. We may reject a request for a number of reasons, including, for example, that the request risks the privacy of other users or is unlawful. You can access and update your account information right in the app by visiting the app’s Settings page. If you need to access, update, or delete any other personal information that we may have, you can put in a request here. Because your privacy is important to us, we may ask you to verify your identity or provide additional information before we let you access or update your personal information. You can also remove our service from your mobile device or process account deletion.
5.2 Revoking Permissions
If you change your mind about our ongoing ability to collect information from certain sources that you have already consented to, such as your phonebook, camera, photos, or location services, you can simply revoke your consent by changing the settings on your device if your device offers those options. Of course, if you do that, certain services may lose full functionality.
5.3 Account Deletion
You can remove your data anytime you want. Account deletion can be accessed within the app. Upon your request, we will temporarily disable your account to prepare for removal. During this time you can cancel your deletion request and we will resume your account. Upon the end of 30 days, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your data from our servers. Please note, some information may remain in archived/backup copies for legal purposes or required by law (for instance, some “traffic data” may be kept for one year to comply with statutory data retention obligations).
5.4 Data Removal
You can remove your data anytime you want. Account deletion can be accessed within the app, you can simply tap “Me-Settings-Delete account”. Upon your request, we will temporarily disable your account to prepare for removal. During this time you can cancel your deletion request and we will resume your account. Upon the end of 30 days, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your data from our servers. Please note, some information may remain in archived/backup copies for legal purposes or required by law (for instance, some “traffic data” may be kept for one year to comply with statutory data retention obligations). Please also note that the deletion of your personally identifiable data from our database may result in us not being able to provide you with the Service.
We may let other companies use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies on the services. These companies may collect information about how you use the services and other websites and online services over time and across different services. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand your online activity.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of eighteen (18) and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen (18) as part of the Service. Additionally, we do not knowingly sell the personal information of children under the age of eighteen (18). If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of eighteen (18) as part of the Service, we will immediately delete such information from our records. If you believe that a child under the age of eighteen (18) may have provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information specified in the “Contact Us” section below.

We reserve the right at our discretion to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. You may review updates to our Privacy Policy at any time via links on our Site. You agree to accept electronic communications and/or postings of a revised Privacy Policy on the Site, and you agree that such electronic communications or postings constitute notice to you of the Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by publishing a revised Privacy Policy or by means of a notice on our Site, or as a pop up within our App, or as required by law. You agree to review the Privacy Policy periodically so that you are aware of any modifications. You agree that your continued use of the Service after we publish a revised Privacy Policy or provide a notice on our website constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
