Dream Box Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides Killer Sudoku Pro (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the Game, why it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
Puzzle starts, completions, timeouts, difficulty, stage progress, mistakes, hints, rewards, streaks, achievements, settings, themes, and in-game currency.
Local save data needed to continue a puzzle and retain purchases or preferences.
App version, installation source, session information, and feature interactions.
Device model, operating-system version, language, country or general region, screen characteristics, app instance identifiers, network status, and diagnostic information.
Crash reports, stack traces, performance measurements, ANR information, and technical logs.
Advertising identifiers where permitted, consent choices, approximate location inferred from IP address, ad impressions, clicks, reward completion, and fraud-prevention signals.
Product ID, price, currency, transaction status, purchase token, and entitlement status. Payment-card and banking details are processed by Google Play and are not received or stored by Dream Box Studio.
Notification permission status, interactions, and, in native versions, a Firebase Cloud Messaging token used to deliver messages. Notifications can be disabled in Game or device settings.
We do not ask for a name, phone number, postal address, or payment-card details to play.
Operate, save, secure, and improve the Game.
Generate puzzles, calculate rewards, maintain streaks, and restore entitlements.
Understand balance, retention, feature use, and technical performance.
Diagnose crashes, errors, and slow or unresponsive behavior.
Deliver allowed notifications and measure/protect advertisements.
Process purchases, prevent duplicate grants, detect fraud, and comply with law.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Google Firebase: Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Remote Config, and Cloud Messaging.
Google AdMob: advertisements, measurement, and fraud prevention.
Google Play: distribution, billing, verification, licensing, integrity, and store analytics.

The Game may show banner ads on non-gameplay screens, interstitial ads at natural breaks, and optional rewarded ads. Remove Ads disables banner/interstitial ads but may leave voluntary rewarded ads available.
Where required, including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, the Android version will use a Google-certified consent solution before personalized advertising. Eligible privacy choices may be revisited in supported native releases.
Analytics events are designed not to include names, email addresses, payment details, purchase tokens, puzzle notes, or message contents. Where legally required, analytics follows your consent selection.
Progress and preferences may be stored locally. Clearing storage or uninstalling may delete unsynchronized data. Providers retain data under their settings and policies. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for operations, security, accounting, disputes, and legal compliance.
We use reasonable safeguards including encrypted network transport where supported, restricted service access, purchase-verification boundaries, and limited analytics parameters. No system can guarantee absolute security.
The Game is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Users below the age of independent consent in their country should use the Game with parent or guardian review. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate consent, contact us.
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or consent withdrawal. You may disable notifications, limit/reset the advertising identifier, change eligible consent choices, clear local Game data, or contact us. Verification may be required, and legally required records may be retained.
Dream Box Studio and service providers may process information outside your country using safeguards where required.
Third-party services have their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
We may update this Policy as the Game, providers, laws, or practices change. The revised policy will display a new effective date.
