I'm an assistant professor at the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Seoul National University. Previously, I was a postdoc (Huawei Young Talents Program fellow) at IHES mentored by Frank Merle. I obtained my Ph.D. at the Department of Mathematical Sciences at KAIST with my thesis "Blow-up dynamics for the self-dual Chern-Simons-Schrödinger equation" (advisor: Soonsik Kwon) defended on May 25th, 2021.
I work on the mathematical analysis of nonlinear dispersive equations. I'm interested in long time dynamics of solutions, particularly in singularity formation.
