Skater Inspired Geometric Design

For the final, I knew I wanted to go for a lineless style with gradients. My original design with the skateboard changed slightly after putting the design onto a mockup and seeing how it worked. I included an asymmetrical t-shirt design that I believe a consumer of this skateboard deck would also like to wear.

Based on artwork created during my fine art years, this project was originally a color wheel made of paint and markers on paper. Wanting to repurpose this design, I digitized it using overlapping shapes which I connected using the shape builder tool. I decided to change the color palette for a more skater aesthetic.
