This Privacy Policy explains how Jiya Infotech (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the mobile application Kids Word Learning (the “App”).
The App is designed for children and families.
We do not require an account or login.
We do not sell personal information.
Game progress is saved only on your device.
Gameplay works offline; an internet connection is used for advertising.
The App shows limited ads that are configured as child-directed / family-friendly where supported.
We do not collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, location, photos, or contacts for our own servers.
The App stores the following data locally on your device only using Android app storage:
Current level and game progress
Total stars earned
Sound on/off preference
Whether the level 1 tutorial was shown
This progress information stays on your device, is not transmitted to our servers, and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the App’s storage.
The App uses Google AdMob to show:
A banner ad on the Home screen (bottom)
An interstitial (full-screen) ad when the level result screen appears
Ads are requested with child-directed / under-age-of-consent settings and a G-rated content maximum where the SDK supports it. AdMob may process device and advertising-related information (such as advertising ID where available, IP address, and device technical data) to deliver and measure ads according to Google’s policies.

The App is intended for young learners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own use. We do not offer social features, chat, user profiles, or online accounts in this version of the App. Advertising is provided by Google AdMob under Google’s applicable child / family policies.
When you tap a word, the App may use your device’s built-in text-to-speech (TTS) system to read the word aloud. This processing happens on your device. We do not receive or store audio or voice data.
This version of the App:
Does not require an internet connection to play levels (progress works offline)
Does use the internet to load Google AdMob ads
Does not include separate analytics or crash reporting SDKs in this build
Does not send your gameplay progress to our servers
The App is designed to avoid unnecessary device permissions. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or location for gameplay. Internet access is used for advertising.
We do not operate an online account or cloud database for this App. Progress stored on your device is protected by your device’s operating system. Advertising data is handled by Google under its own security and privacy practices.
You can turn sound on or off in the App.
You can remove locally saved progress by uninstalling the App or clearing its app data in Android settings.
You can manage advertising / ad personalization options in your device settings where offered by Google or the operating system.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App changes. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide notice in the App or on this page.
