Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how AI Kids Room Designer Studio (the "Application" or "App") collects, uses, transmits, and protects your data. This policy is specifically designed to comply with Apple’s App Store Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i) regarding Data Collection and Data Use.
By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The Application is designed with a privacy-first approach and collects only the absolute minimum data required to provide its core functionality. We collect the following specific data:
Text Prompts (User Input): The text descriptions, room specifications, or design ideas you manually type into the App to generate 3D kids room interior designs.
We DO NOT collect:
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, phone number, or physical address.
Your photos, camera roll, or photo library content. (Note: The App only requests permission to add/save generated images to your photo gallery, but it never scans, reads, or uploads your existing personal photos).
The data we collect is entirely user-provided. We only collect the "Text Prompts" at the exact moment you type them into the text box and explicitly tap the "Generate" or "Send" button within the App.
We use the collected Text Prompts strictly for the following purposes:
Core Functionality: To process your design idea and generate the architectural 3D kids room design you requested.
Prompt Enhancement: To refine and optimize your text input so that the AI image generator produces a higher-quality, more accurate architectural render.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or training our own independent machine learning models.
To provide advanced AI image generation, the Application transmits your "Text Prompts" to specific third-party AI service providers. Before any data is sent, the App presents an in-app disclosure and requires your explicit consent.
When you consent and request a design, your Text Prompts are shared securely with the following providers:
OpenAI, L.L.C.: Used to analyze and linguistically enhance your initial text prompt into a detailed architectural description.
Replicate, Inc. (and Black Forest Labs): Used to take the enhanced text description and render the final 3D photorealistic image.
No personal identifiers (such as your Apple ID, IP address, or device ID) are linked to the Text Prompts sent to these third-party providers. They only receive the raw text needed to generate the image.
We take your data security seriously. We strictly ensure and confirm that any third-party service provider we share your data with (including OpenAI and Replicate) provides the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy and required by Apple's App Store Guidelines.
Both OpenAI and Replicate employ industry-standard encryption (such as TLS/SSL) during data transmission.
These third-party providers are contractually obligated not to use your prompt data to identify you, and they provide robust data security measures equivalent to our own strict standards.
In strict compliance with App Store Guidelines, the Application will present a clear, in-app consent dialog explaining exactly what data is collected, why it is needed, and who it is sent to (OpenAI and Replicate).
Explicit Permission: Your data will never be transmitted to these third-party AI services unless you tap "I Agree" to grant explicit permission.
Revocation: If you do not agree, the data will not be collected or transmitted, though you will be unable to use the core generation features of the App.
We do not store your Text Prompts on our own servers. The text data is transmitted in real-time to the third-party providers, processed to return the image to your device, and then immediately discarded by our App. Any generated images are saved locally on your device at your explicit command.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or Apple's Guidelines. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
