You will need:

• You and a friend

• A tennis ball (or a high bounce ball)

Rules of the game:

This game, HandTennis, is similar to tennis but it is like playing it without a racquet but just with your hand

You are to serve overarm  but not down over line on the floor and that is to be the net. There is not particular height for the net but it must not roll. 

You score like normal tennis. 

Normal games are of three sets regardless of the gender. 

In a doubles game, you would take alternate serve between partners every point, and if there is a fault the other partner serves instead.
