Kids Learning Games (Android package com.acamue.k5learninghub, Apple App ID 6757768082) is an educational app for Kindergarten through Grade 5. This policy explains how the app handles information. A parent or guardian should review this policy and supervise a child's use of the app.
Summary
- The core learning experience does not require a child account.
- A parent or guardian may create an optional adult account to back up and synchronize account-scoped learning progress across devices. Guest progress remains separate unless the adult explicitly chooses to import it while creating a new account.
- Product analytics remain stored locally on the device.
- Firebase may process limited, non-linked operational diagnostics needed to evaluate service reliability; these diagnostics are not used for advertising or tracking.
- We do not sell personal information and do not use behaviorally targeted advertising.
- Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and verified through RevenueCat.
- iOS does not display third-party ads. Android may display limited contextual, non-personalized banners in the free version.
Information handled by the app
Learning and app data stored on the device
The app may store the selected grade and subjects, daily goal, answers, scores, streaks, weak skills, study time, lesson history, mistake-review information, settings, and local product events. This information is used to operate the learning path, show progress, restore preferences, and improve the in-app experience. The current learning/product analytics feature keeps these events on the device and does not upload them.
The core experience does not require a child name, child email address, phone number, precise location, photo, microphone, or contacts.
Optional adult account and synchronized learning data
A parent or guardian may create an optional family account. Firebase Authentication processes the adult's email address, display name, password credential, account identifier, email-verification status, and authentication/security information. We do not receive or store the adult's readable password. Firebase handles the credential securely.
The Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore SDKs may transmit limited operational diagnostic information to Google to evaluate and maintain service reliability. These diagnostics are not linked by us to the adult or child profile and are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. This is separate from product analytics, which remain on the device.
After the adult verifies the email address, the app may synchronize the selected grade and subjects, daily goal, learning progress, answers, scores, streaks, study time, lesson and exam results, and mistake-review information through Google Cloud Firestore. The learner's synchronized data is stored under the authenticated adult's account identifier. Children do not receive login credentials and are not asked to provide an email address.
Each adult account and guest mode use separate local storage. Signing in to an existing account does not silently attach guest learning history. When creating a new adult account, the adult may explicitly choose whether to move the guest learning history from that device into the new account.
The app remains usable offline without an account. If synchronization is unavailable, account-scoped learning data continues to be stored locally and the app retries when the adult requests synchronization or signs in to that same account again.
Purchases and Premium access
Apple or Google processes payments. We do not receive full payment-card information. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, app and platform information, product identifiers, purchase receipts or tokens, transaction status, subscription status, and entitlement information to complete purchases, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and determine Premium access. Automatic device-identifier collection and RevenueCat diagnostics are disabled in the app configuration.
Notifications
If a parent or device owner enables reminders, the app schedules local notifications on the device. The app does not use Firebase Cloud Messaging or request a remote-push token.
Advertising on Android
The iOS version does not display third-party advertising. When advertising is enabled in the free Android version, Google Mobile Ads may process limited device, network, diagnostic, ad-interaction, and advertising-identifier information needed to deliver, measure, secure, and prevent fraud in contextual advertising. Requests are configured for child-directed treatment, users under the age of consent, non-personalized ads, and a maximum G content rating. The Android advertising-identifier permission is used only for this limited advertising operation.
Ads are limited to at most one clearly labeled banner placement per app session within the free Android learning experience. They are not shown during onboarding, questions, answer feedback, purchase flows, parental areas, tablet layouts, or to Premium subscribers.
Non-personalized advertising is not based on a user's past behavior. Google may still use limited technical data for ad delivery, frequency control, aggregated reporting, security, and fraud prevention, subject to applicable consent requirements.
Third-party services
The app may communicate with the following providers only for the purposes described above:
- Apple App Store and Google Play: app distribution, purchases, refunds, and subscription management.
- RevenueCat: purchase validation and Premium entitlement management.
- Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore: optional adult account creation, sign-in, email verification, password recovery, secure account-scoped storage, synchronization, deletion, and limited non-linked operational diagnostics. The app does not include Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob: contextual, non-personalized Android advertising when advertising is enabled.
These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and applicable contractual obligations.
Children's privacy
The app is designed for children with parent or guardian involvement. We do not knowingly sell or rent children's personal information, use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or require a child to create an account or provide an email address to use the core learning experience. The optional account belongs to the adult and account controls are placed behind a grown-up check. External links, sharing, reviews, and purchase actions are also placed behind a grown-up check where implemented.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in a way not described here, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
Sharing and disclosure
We share information only with the service providers described in this policy when needed to operate purchases, infrastructure, or Android advertising; when required by law; to protect users, our rights, or the security of the service; or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Guest learning data remains on the device until it is cleared through the app or device settings, imported by an adult into a new account, or the app is uninstalled. An authenticated adult can use Delete account and synced data in the app to re-enter the account password and permanently delete the Firebase account and synchronized learning data under our control. On the device completing that request, the app removes that account's local learning namespace only after Firebase confirms account deletion. The separate guest namespace is not erased by deleting an adult account.
If deletion cannot be confirmed—for example, because the network is unavailable—the Firebase account is not deleted and the app reports the failure so the adult can retry. Purchase and transaction records may be retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat as required to provide purchases, restore entitlements, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and maintain financial records.
Parents may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information under our control. Store transaction records controlled by Apple or Google must be managed through the applicable store account or support channel.
How to delete an account and synchronized data
An authenticated adult can open the protected Family account area, choose Delete account and synced data, and confirm the account password. This permanently removes the Firebase Authentication account and synchronized Cloud Firestore data controlled by us. If the adult cannot use the app, they can email aplicacionesacamue@gmail.com from the account email address and request account deletion; we may ask for reasonable verification before acting on the request.
Deleting the cloud account removes its local namespace from the device that completes the in-app request, but cannot remotely erase an offline copy on every other physical device. Clear the app's storage or uninstall the app on each other device to remove any remaining local copy. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain transaction records as described above.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than the user's country, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
