1. About the App

Kids Learning Games is an educational application designed to help children learn through games, quizzes, stories, rhymes, puzzles, and Smart AI Cat.

2. Smart AI Cat:

Smart AI Cat is an educational AI assistant.

It first searches the app's built-in offline educational knowledge.

If a suitable answer is not available locally, it may use the official Google Gemini API to generate an educational response.

Smart AI Cat is intended only for educational and learning purposes.

AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.

3. Information We Collect:

We do not require users to create an account.

We do not intentionally collect personal information such as:

Name

Phone Number

Email Address

Aadhaar Number

PAN Number

Passwords

Banking Information

Personal Documents

4. Chat Messages:

Chat messages entered in Smart AI Cat are used only to generate responses.

We do not intentionally store Smart AI Cat conversations on developer-owned servers.

Please do not share passwords, OTPs, banking details, Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, or other sensitive personal information while using Smart AI Cat.

5. Offline Knowledge:

The application contains an offline educational knowledge database.

Many educational questions can be answered without an internet connection.

Offline educational content remains stored locally inside the app.

6. Firebase Services:

The app uses:

Google Firebase Crashlytics

These services help us:

Improve app performance

Detect crashes

Understand anonymous usage trends

The app does not use Firebase Authentication, Firestore Database, Realtime Database, or Firebase Storage for user accounts or Smart AI Cat conversations

7. Google Gemini AI:

When needed, Smart AI Cat may use the official Google Gemini API to generate educational responses.

The app does not operate or maintain its own AI servers.

8. Advertising & Google AdMob:

Advertising

KiddyPlay currently does not display or serve advertisements to users.

Google AdMob advertising functionality is permanently disabled in the current version of the application. The application does not intentionally request, load, or display Google AdMob advertisements.

The app does not use advertising personalization or advertising-based profiling for users in the current version.

The presence of advertising-related technical components in the application does not mean that advertisements are being served. The advertising functionality is disabled at runtime and no advertisement should be displayed to users.

KiddyPlay does not replace Google AdMob with another advertising network.

Changes to Advertising

If the advertising functionality is ever changed in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be reviewed and updated where necessary to accurately describe the application's advertising and data practices.

Users agree to use the app only for educational purposes.

Users must not use Smart AI Cat to request:

Harmful instructions

Adult content

Violence

Abuse
