Terms of Use (EULA) for KiddoName

Welcome to KiddoName! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KiddoName mobile application (the "Service"), provided by the KiddoName software team ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

KiddoName is an application that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide users with baby name suggestions and related information. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial, and entertainment purposes only.

2. User Accounts

KiddoName does not require you to create a user account to access its features. We use an anonymous user identification system provided by Firebase to manage in-app purchases and data synchronization.

3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency ("Coins")

The Service offers virtual currency ("Coins") that can be purchased through the Apple App Store. These Coins can be used to access premium features, such as generating name suggestions.

• No Cash Value: Coins are not real-world currency and have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or other services outside of the KiddoName application.

• Final Sales: All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable.

• Use and Management: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, and modify the use and pricing of Coins at our sole discretion.

• Pricing: The prices for Coin packages are displayed within the Application's Coin Shop. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on your region and applicable taxes. As of the effective date of these terms, the approximate base prices in USD are:

  • 10 Coins: $2.99

  • 25 Coins: $5.99

  • 75 Coins: $14.99

4. AI-Generated Content

The name suggestions and related information provided by the Service are generated by an AI model (OpenAI). While we strive to provide creative and relevant content, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, cultural appropriateness, or completeness of the information. You are solely responsible for researching and verifying any name before making a final decision.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Application.

• Resell or commercially exploit the Service or its content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the Application or on our App Store page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
