This Privacy Policy applies to the KickOff mobile application and any related services operated by ТОВ ГОТ (collectively, the “Application”). ТОВ ГОТ is referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
The Application does not require users to create an account.
When you download, install, or use the Application, certain information may be collected automatically. This information may include:
Your device’s Internet Protocol address;
General location information inferred from your IP address, such as country or city;
Device model, manufacturer, screen characteristics, language, and time zone;
Mobile operating system and operating system version;
Application version and installation information;
Mobile network and connection information;
Device, application, or advertising identifiers, where collection is enabled and permitted;
Application interactions, including screens or features used, gameplay events, session duration, and frequency of use;
Crash reports, error logs, diagnostics, battery level, loading time, and other application performance information;
Installation source, attribution, and referral information.
The Application does not use AppMetrica to collect precise GPS location unless this functionality is separately enabled, clearly disclosed, and any required permission or consent has been obtained.
If you contact the Service Provider by email, we may receive your email address, name, message content, attachments, and any other information you voluntarily provide. This information is used only to respond to your request, provide support, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through support communications unless it is strictly necessary.
The Application uses AppMetrica, a mobile analytics and diagnostics service provided by Yandex and its relevant affiliates or service providers.
The AppMetrica SDK may automatically collect and transmit information from your device to AppMetrica servers. Depending on the Application’s configuration and the permissions granted on your device, this information may include:
IP address;
Device and application identifiers;
Advertising identifier, where permitted;
Device model and operating system information;
Application installation and launch information;
Session duration and Application interactions;
Gameplay and other analytics events configured by the Service Provider;
Crash reports, stack traces, diagnostics, and performance data;
General geographic information inferred from technical data;
Application attribution and referral information.
The Service Provider uses AppMetrica for:
Understanding how the Application is used;
Measuring Application installations and usage;
Detecting crashes and technical problems;
Monitoring performance and stability;
Improving gameplay, functionality, and user experience;
Generating statistical and analytical reports.
The Service Provider does not use AppMetrica to display advertising within the Application.
Information collected through AppMetrica is transmitted directly to AppMetrica and may be processed by Yandex, its relevant affiliates, and authorized subprocessors on behalf of the Service Provider.

As a native mobile application, the Application does not ordinarily use traditional browser cookies.
However, the Application and AppMetrica SDK may use mobile SDK technologies, device or application identifiers, local storage, and similar technologies to provide analytics, attribution, diagnostics, and performance monitoring.
Where consent is required by applicable law, non-essential analytics collection must remain disabled until the user has provided consent. A user may subsequently withdraw consent through any available in-app privacy controls or by contacting the Service Provider.
The Service Provider processes information for the following purposes:
Providing and maintaining the Application;
Understanding Application usage;
Measuring performance and engagement;
Detecting and resolving crashes and technical errors;
Improving the Application and user experience;
Responding to support requests;
Protecting the Application against fraud, misuse, or security threats;
Complying with legal obligations.
Depending on your location and applicable law, processing may be based on:
Your consent;
The Service Provider’s legitimate interests in maintaining, analyzing, securing, and improving the Application;
Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request;
Compliance with legal obligations.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing performed before withdrawal.
Information collected through the AppMetrica SDK is transmitted to AppMetrica and processed by the relevant Yandex entity, its affiliates, and authorized subprocessors.
The Service Provider may also disclose information:
When required by law, court order, subpoena, or another valid legal process;
When disclosure is necessary to protect the Service Provider’s rights, property, users, or the public;
To investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the Application;
To trusted service providers acting on behalf of the Service Provider and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
The Service Provider does not sell users’ personal information.
AppMetrica, Yandex affiliates, or other authorized service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence, including countries outside the European Economic Area.
Data-protection laws in these countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider and its processors use appropriate safeguards, which may include:
Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission;
Adequacy decisions;
Contractual and organizational safeguards;
Other legally recognized transfer mechanisms;
Consent, where legally permitted and required.
The Service Provider retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
The general retention periods are:
Support communications and User-Provided Data: for the time required to respond to the request and for up to 12 months afterward, unless longer retention is required by law;
Analytics, diagnostics, and automatically collected data: according to the Service Provider’s AppMetrica configuration, the applicable AppMetrica terms, and legal requirements;
Aggregated or anonymized information: may be retained for a longer period where it can no longer reasonably identify an individual;
Information required for legal compliance: for as long as required under applicable law.
Retention periods may be shortened or extended depending on the nature of the information, legal obligations, security requirements, and valid deletion requests.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Request access to your personal information;
Request correction of inaccurate information;
Request deletion of your information;
Restrict or object to processing;
Withdraw consent;
Request a portable copy of your information;
Submit a complaint to a competent data-protection authority.

You can stop future collection of information by uninstalling the Application.
Uninstalling the Application stops future collection from your device but does not automatically delete information previously transmitted to the Service Provider or AppMetrica.

The Service Provider will process valid requests in accordance with applicable law and the technical capabilities provided by AppMetrica.
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children or direct marketing toward children. If the Service Provider learns that personal information was collected from a child without valid parental or guardian consent, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.

The Service Provider and its service providers use reasonable physical, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
Information transmitted through AppMetrica is protected in transit using encryption. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If a personal-data breach occurs, the Service Provider will investigate the incident and provide notifications to affected individuals or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated by publishing an updated version with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will request consent before material changes take effect.
