Garden Games ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Kick Tac Toe - Football mobile application ("the app"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, and protected when you use our app.
1. Information We Collect
When you use the app, we may collect the following types of information:
Account information: If you sign in using Google or Apple, we collect your email address and a user identifier. You may also provide a display name (nickname) used within the app.
Game activity: Match results, scores, statistics, in-game currency, and similar gameplay data.
In-app messages: Predefined quick messages (emotes) you may send to opponents during matches.
Purchase information: When you buy a subscription or in-app product, transaction history and entitlement status are processed (payment card details are handled by Apple/Google and never reach us).
Device and usage data: Device identifiers, advertising identifier, IP address, app interactions, diagnostic and crash information, and performance data.
Notification token: If you enable notifications, a push token is stored to deliver reminders and updates.
Some users may use the app in guest mode; in this case an anonymous user identifier is still generated.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to operate and maintain the app, enable accounts and cloud save, provide leaderboards and seasonal rankings, process subscriptions and purchases, display advertisements, send notifications you opt into, fix crashes and improve performance, and prevent fraud and abuse.
3. Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services, which may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Functions, Analytics) — account, game data, and analytics.
Google AdMob — advertising; may collect device information, advertising ID, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic data to show and measure ads and prevent fraud.
RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management; receives a user identifier and purchase information.
Expo / Apple Push Notification service / Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivery of push notifications.
Sentry — crash and error reporting (anonymized diagnostic data).
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the third-party service providers listed above, as necessary to operate the app, and as required by law.
5. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit. We use commercially reasonable means to protect information processed through the app. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). Certain records, such as purchase receipts held by Apple or Google, may be retained where required by law. Match-related data is automatically deleted after a limited retention period.
7. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it as soon as possible.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically.
