I am currently a Research Scholar at the Department of Electronic Science, University of Delhi South Campus working towards the development of GaN HEMT technology with Professor Manoj Saxena (Department of Electronic Science, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, University of Delhi) and Dr. D. S. Rawal (Scientist - G, MMIC Fabrication Division, Solid State Physics Laboratory, Defence Research & Development Organization).
I received my B. Tech Degree in Electronics, from University of Delhi in 2017. The dissertation was carried out under the supervision of Professor Anurag Mishra (Department of Electronic Science, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, University of Delhi) on a project titled 'Digital Watermarking of Images using MATLAB'. The work involves the development of a novel Neuro - Fuzzy architecture for robust digital image watermarking system using Extreme Learning Machine (ELM).
My post - graduation was done at University School of Information, Communication & Technology, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where I received my M. Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2019. The dissertation was carried out under the supervision of Dr. Vandana Nath (Assistant Professor, University School of Information, Communication & Technology, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University) and Professor Manoj Saxena (Department of Electronic Science, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, University of Delhi) on a project titled 'TCAD Investigation of Advanced HEMT Structures'. The work involves numerical based analysis of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs for high power applications.
My research interests are in the areas of Solid State Physics, Device Modeling, III - V Semiconductor Technology, Simulation and Fabrication of GaN based HEMT devices for High Power and mm - Wave applications. I am also actively involved in investigating the robustness of GaN HEMT technology for Space Applications. I have also worked on image processing, including digital image watermarking and development of facial recognition systems for uncontrolled environments in the past.
