AuraSync Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Offline Mp3 Player - SoundSync
mobile application (the "Service").

Our app is designed as an offline music player. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal audio files or personal identity details to any remote servers.
Permissions & Local Access:
Storage / Audio Media Access (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): The app requires access to read and scan audio files stored locally on your device solely to display, organize, and play your music tracks and playlists inside the player. We do not upload or share your local audio files.
Device Identifiers & Technical Data: Automatically collected by integrated third-party SDKs for advertising and analytics (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID, IP address, device model, and OS version).
We integrate third-party ad networks to support the development and maintenance of this free application. These third parties may process non-personally identifiable device data to serve relevant ads.
AppLovin (AppLovin MAX):
We use AppLovin to serve advertisements within the app. AppLovin and its monetization partners may collect device identifiers and usage telemetry to display tailored ads and evaluate campaign performance.

Since all music library scanning and playback operations occur locally on your device, your media content remains private and on your device. For any anonymous diagnostic data handled by third-party SDKs, standard commercial security measures are applied.
Our Service does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that your child has provided personal information through our app, please contact us immediately so we can remove such data.
