Khidmatgaar app as a free app. This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the service. It informs you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
We use your personal data to provide and improve the service. By using the service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Worker Registration:
Upon registering as a worker, you will be required to provide your experience details on the screen that follows the registration screen.
After submitting your experience, you will be directed to the home screen, where you can also switch to a client role with a single click.
Client Registration:
If you register as a client, you will directly access the client screen without needing to provide experience details.
To become a worker, you can click a button on the home screen, which will then prompt you to add your experience details.
Single ID Usage:
The application allows the use of a single ID for both roles (worker and client).

I am using a phone number as the username and a password with characters. The phone number and application are only for use in Pakistan, so we did not include the option for a country code.
Interpretation and Definitions
Words with initial capital letters have defined meanings. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
Account: A unique account created for you to access our service.
Affiliate: An entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.
Application: Khidmatgaar, the software program provided by the Company.
Company: Refers to Khidmatgaar, All Pakistan (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement).
Country: Pakistan.
Device: Any device that can access the service such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
Personal Data: Any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service: Refers to the Application.

Usage Data: Data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the service or from the service infrastructure itself.
You: The individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service.

We use this information to provide features of our service, improve and customize our service. This information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or may be stored on your device. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through your device settings.

To Provide and Maintain Our Service: Including to monitor the usage of our service.
To Manage Your Account: Your registration as a user of the service. The personal data you provide gives you access to different functionalities available to registered users.

Location Data: We collect your current location to create your profile and match you with work opportunities. Your location is used solely for this purpose and is not shared with third parties for any other reason.
Image Data: We collect your profile picture to complete your profile. This image is used to identify you within our application and is not shared with third parties for any other reason.
We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless it is used to strengthen security or improve the functionality of our service, or we are legally obligated to retain it for longer.
Your information, including personal data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This means your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction. Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
