VehiCost Term of Service

Welcome to VehiCost (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of the VehiCost mobile application and related services.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Vehicost is a vehicle management application that allows users to:

• Track fuel purchases and costs

• Record mileage and fuel efficiency

• Log vehicle expenses

• Manage vehicles within organizations

• Share vehicle data with other authorized members

• Add trips.

The Service is intended for personal or organizational vehicle management purposes.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your country

• Have the legal authority to agree to these Terms

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization.

3. User Accounts

Vehicost may allow sign-in using:

• Google Sign-In

• Apple SignIn

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account

• Ensuring your information is accurate

• All activity that occurs under your account
  
  

4. Organizations and Shared Data

VehiCost allows users to create organizations and invite other users.

Within an organization:

• Members may view or edit shared vehicle records

• Organization owners manage membership and permissions

• Data entered by members becomes part of the organization's shared data

Please only invite trusted users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

• Disrupt or interfere with the Service

• Submit false or fraudulent information

• Abuse invitations or authentication systems

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Data Accuracy

Vehicost records information entered by users.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of:

• fuel consumption calculations

• cost estimates

• mileage records

The Service is intended for informational purposes only.

7. Third-Party Services

Vehicost may rely on third-party services including:

• Google Firebase

• Google Authentication

• Analytics providers

• Advertising networks

These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity

• Interfere with the operation of the Service

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We are not responsible for:

• service outages

• data loss

• system failures

10. Intellectual Property

All content and technology used in the Service, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Vehicost or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vehicost shall not be liable for:

• loss of data

• indirect or consequential damages

• financial losses resulting from use of the Service

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised date.

Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
