Note: can add into chicken pan after it is cooked with out oil so dish doesn’t get over oily . Can use chicken oil.
Oil- 4 table spoons
Chopped garlic- ½ tsp
Soy sauce- 1 cup
Brown sugar- ½ cup
Chili paste- 4 tsp
Oyster flavored sauce - ½ teaspoon
Soy sauce - 3 or 4 teaspoons
Sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Crushed red pepper sauce - 3 tea spoons
Green bell pepper - half
Orange bell pepper - half
Onion - half
Chestnuts - 1 can
Boneless chicken - 1 ½ pound
Oil - ½ cup
peanuts - ½ cups
Fresh garlic - 2 tsp
Noodles- 1 box
3 tsp salt
Few drops oil- helps noodles not stick
Cut chestnuts into 4 pieces and slice bell peppers and onion
Put oil in pot and heat
Put in fresh garlic and roast till brown
Add chicken, soy sauce, red pepper sauce, salt
Leave pot open and stir fry for 10 minutes
Add peanuts once the mixture is dry
Add the veggies
Cook for 2 - 5 minutes. Not too long to keep vegetables fresh.
Boil/drain noodles and add into chicken.
For sauce, roast garlic in oil till brown. Add other ingredients and cook/stir till it is thick. Or add other ingredients into chicken mixture after chicken is cooked so dish not over oily.
Check the sauce taste. May need to add more sugar, soy sauce, or chili paste.
Add sesame seeds in sauce. Pour over noodles and chicken and mix.
