Soy sauce - 3 or 4 teaspoons
Oyster flavored sauce - 1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons
Crushed red pepper sauce - 2 tea spoons
Green bell pepper - half
Orange bell pepper - half
Onion - half
Chestnuts - 1 can
Boneless chicken - 1 ½ pound
Oil - ½ cup
peanuts - ½ cups
Salt- 1 tsp
Fresh garlic - 2 tsp
Cut chestnuts into 4 pieces and slice bell peppers and onion
Put oil in pot and heat
Put in fresh garlic and roast till brown
Add chicken, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, red pepper sauce
Leave pot open and stir fry for 10 minutes
Add peanuts once the mixture is dry
Add the veggies
Cook for 2 - 5 minutes
Serve with rice
