Potatoes - 6 large or 8 small
Zeera - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 4 tablespoons
Chilli pepper - 2 whole dried
Curry pattha - 2 large
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chili powder - ½ teaspoon
Turmeric - ½ teaspoon
Calongi- 1 pinch
Ria???? - 1 pich
Sauf - 1 pinch
Achaar (Secret ingredient) - 1 spoon with it’s oil
Cut potatoes into 8 pieces- add when things go brown
Add a little water
Mix everything together
Cook everything for ½ hour at 8
Make nice and thick by smashing some of the potatoes one by one
Take it out and garnish with dhania
Add a little water so it doesn't dry out when taken out of the pot
