Ginger/garlic paste - 1 to 2 tablespoons
Chicken breast - 1 ½ pound (small pieces)
Salt - 2 teaspoons
Pepper - 1 ½ teaspoon
Soysauce - 1 ½ teaspoon
Oil - ½ cup
Cook on medium heat
Mix paste, chicken, salt, pepper, and soy sauce
Cook in oil till tender and dry (takes about 35 to 40 minutes)
Serve in pita bread with lettuce and ranch sauce
