Olive oil - ½ cups
Zeera - 1 ½ tsp
Pepper balls - 10 balls
Elachi - 3-4
Cinnamon sticks - 2 small
Bay leaves - 2 big
Onion - 1 medium size
Chicken cubes - 1
Water - 2 cups
Salt - 1 ½ teaspoon
Peas- ½ pack/pound
Rice 2 cups
Add oil, zeera, pepper balls, elachi, cinnamon sticks, and leaves, and cook on high (8)
Add onion and cook till brown
Add cubes let dissolve first in water, water, salt, and rice
Add enough water to cover the first knuckle above the nail and cook at high heat
Once 90% of the water has evaporated, put on low heat and put a pan underneath (don't keep opening lid or mixing)
